Venu Madhav started his acting career by doing mimicry and comedy in a small program of his locality and from here Venu started getting success, people started to like his acting very much, after which Venu started his career with a master movie in 1997 and after that, Venu worked in Tholi Prema Movie in 1998, after which his acting started to be liked by everyone and he worked in more than 600 films, after which Venu also got Cinema Award and Nandi Award.

It is being told that Venu Madhav was ill for a long time due to kidney and liver disease, after which he died in Yashoda Hospital Secunderabad on 25 September 2019.
